No motor or transmission, otherwise complete down to original radio. Door panels and rear seat are great, body has rust on lower quarters, a bit on rocker panels and lower right side fender. Front floors are weak with tiny holes. Rear frame rails are just starting to rust at the bumper end. (not serious)
