Has 340-4V engine all apart in trunk, w/A/T, PS, DB  and 3.01:1 open 10 bolt rear end. Buckets and console w/tach, interior weathered. Floors good except for a bit of rust on driver's section, and rust on lower fenders and quarters. Also trunk is rusted thru. Glass and frame are good.
